Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx you'll receive tracking info by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States, with local delivery available in the Neenah/Menasha area. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wonderandwick@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. To start a return, email wonderandwick@gmail.com we'll send you a return label and instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please note: perishables, personalized items, and personal care products are non-returnable.
